Gina Hansen - VP of Marketing
Mrs. Hansen brings high energy, excitement, and excellent motivational skills to JCWM. Mrs. Hansen has always held the firm belief that people and trust are critical to establishing and fostering relationships. She believes that high quality and high quantity relationships produce great results, and that a happy customer makes a happy business. Gina is a native Texan of Huntsville, Texas. Her small town beginnings, however, did not keep her there for long. Her passion to discover and learn about other cultures led her to Argentina where she lived for a year as a Student Ambassador through Rotary International Youth Exchange. Motivated by her continued desire to travel and experience new cultures, she made short trips to Brazil, Morroco, and Panama. Gina is an alumna of the University of Houston and a former member of the SHSU International Student Organization. She mastered the Spanish language very quickly and also studied Italian for two years. She is very dedicated to living a healthy lifestyle and is a huge HIIT workout fan! When she catches a break from the demanding job of rearing her three young, fun toddlers, she takes pride in making sure her home and family life run smoothly. Her experiences traveling and adapting to many different social surroundings and cultures at a young age provided Gina with the tools to excel in Sales, Marketing, and Management. She dedicated over 10 years of her professional career to the Multi-Family Property Industry where she was committed to always achieving positive results and always finishing a job better than she started it. Gina started as a leasing agent for a large 800 unit Multi-Family Property and, in a short time, worked her way up to Property Coordinator for Corporate. Here, she was instrumental in managing 17 Multi-Family Communities of over 4,500 units and was also Head of Bookkeeping and Staff Training. She went on to successfully manage an off-base Army, Multi Family Property of 344 units for three years. Following a move to San Antonio, she began work as the Sole Territory Sales Manager/Marketing Director of Specialty Maintenance Chemicals for the Greater San Antonio area. In her brief first year, she far surpassed the projected earned profit for that territory. For the first time since the territory was established, Gina tripled the profit of her territory, while adding growth to her customer base. She achieved this with a self-driven attitude while facing the added challenges and stresses of entering a new job on a 100% commission pay, having to knock on business doors on a daily basis, and cold-calling for a wide range of accounts such as Wal-Mart, Coca-Cola, VA Hospital, and the Hampton Inns. Gina won over 90% of all daily running Sales Contests, and in the three years she worked for Delta Foremost, she was a member of the President's Club, consistently placed as one of the top three Sales Producers annually out of over 70 Sales Managers state and company wide, and always exceeded her new and increased Annual Sales Quota by 35-55%. Gina is dedicated to making a positive difference and says, "Listen to, learn, trust, and get to know your customer.
